Shipping policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped according to the selected shipping method.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ceruleanbits.com with your order number and photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
