Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@ceruleanbits.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review each case and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement if deemed appropriate. No refunds will be issued.

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to opened items, used items, incorrect purchases, and change-of-mind requests.
